Auction Express XT is an application programmed on "Microsoft Access".  Access is a very powerful and easily customizable relational database.

You MUST own either Access 2000, XP 2002, 2003 or 2007 to run this program. 

I do highly recommend purchasing the Office 2000 PROFESSIONAL Suite if you do not already own it.  It is the standard for business and home computing which includes a word processor, spreadsheet, enhanced E-Mail/Personal Information Manager, presentation application, along with the Access relational database. 

NOTE: The Microsoft Office Student and Teacher, Standard, and Small Business Editions do NOT include the Access database.  However, Access upgrades are available at reasonable prices.

NETWORKING NOTES

  • Most purchasers do not need to network Auction Express XT as a result of the program's speed and efficiency. 


  • Auction Express XT is a file which functions on most network client systems.


  • The file will be shared on a network drive allowing several users to help with inputting data.


  • Limitations may exist when several users  simultaneously update a single record.  Limiting users is recommended.

Note:  The above minimum hardware requirements may  run NT4.0 or Windows 2000 only.  XP and later will require more memory and a faster processor.
