Auction Express XT FAQ Question 2

My silent bid sheets have all the items on one page.

Cause 1: Items entered were not assigned auction numbers.  The default is "0" when the automatic auction number assign is shut off.

Fix:  Go to Silent Auction Number Assign in Step 2
See Below where all auction numbers are "0"

Enter Auction Numbers for all the items. 

The above example will provide 1 item to each bid sheet.  If one number is given to 2 items, those 2 items will be grouped on
one bid sheet.
